I don't know where I've been - or what I have missed all these years....
but finally - I have discovered Lamingtons - and they are to kill for - really!!!
First I was drooling over this post at Paul's blog, where he gives the link to Mel's blog... More drooling - almost dribbling (?) - like a dog! I HAD to make them!

To the dough I added 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa too. Love it that way. :)
I believe this recipe is good, they turned out quite juicy. Yummy!
